What is Therapeutic Healing?
Cindy's approach to therapeutic healing is holistic and integrative. She believes that the body, mind, and spirit are all connected, and that healing occurs when all three are in balance. She uses her hands and intuition to listen to the body and identify areas of tension, restriction, and pain. She then uses a variety of techniques to release these restrictions and promote healing.
Myofascial Release is a gentle, hands-on technique that releases tension and restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports all of the muscles, bones, nerves, and organs in the body. Cranial Sacral Therapy is a light-touch therapy that focuses on the craniosacral system, which is made up of the skull, spine, and sacrum. The craniosacral system is responsible for protecting and nourishing the brain and spinal cord.
Cindy's therapeutic sessions are tailored to the individual needs of each client. She may use a combination of Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and other hands-on techniques to help her clients achieve their healing goals.
